ALL CLASSES are structured in a way where any level individual will be able to successfully participate. If a class fits into your schedule, come regardless of the level! We guarantee you will enjoy it & be happy you came!!! Remember, with a good trainer & proper direction, everyone is capable of improvement!

Basics:

Flight Essentials

Flight essentials is an introductory, one-time class for anyone interested in learning more about kettlebell training, power plate technology & full body functional fitness. Learn proper form and techniques for kettlebell exercises & other functional movements. Come if you're seeking variety in your current workout routine or if you've recently made a commitment to change your lifestyle and improve your health. Current members looking to introduce a friend to the benefits of kettlebell training are also welcome. You must attend this one-time class first before attending any others.


Personal Training:

Available by appointment for individuals wanting 1 on 1, or 1 on 2 training.

NOTE: We are NOT a gym that collects monthly or yearly dues & then turns you lose until it's time to re-up your membership. Your results are just as important to us as they are to you! I know that may sound hard to believe, especially since most gyms only care about you until you sign the contract, but it's true!!! The fact is it doesn't do you, or us, any good to just collect someone's money & then leave them on their own. We are here to not only help you, but to make sure you succeed!!!
