The Truth about Kettlebells

Kettlebell exercises require proper technique and practice.  The results that come along with kettlebells don’t simply come by just using them; the results come by using kettlebells CORRECTLY.  Unfortunately, 90% of the kettlebell techniques you see on the internet, T.V. or even in many classes are being done and taught incorrectly.  If kettlebell training is done incorrectly, you will limit your results and increase your risk of injury.

There is one simple way to prevent injury and get the maximum results you want.  Don’t settle for a trainer that has received their certification online or at a weekend seminar.  Go to the experts!  Go to the people with the top kettlebell and training certifications.  Certifications that take years of learning, training and practice.  The same methods of training that all the research supports. The Russian Kettlebell Certified (RKC) way!  You only have one body, don’t waste your time and money on some method that limits you.  Invest in the best and I guarantee you will thank yourself later when you’re stronger, healthier and more fit than ever!

What are Kettlebells?

Kettlebell training is a full-body, time-saving workout that combines strength and cardio into one routine.  Kettlebells have the proven ability to train strength through both stability and endurance.  Kettlebell training develops functional strength through exercises that involve momentum, coordination and multiple muscles and joints. These exercises also engage smaller stabilizer muscles which are ignored by modern machine-based exercises.
