postpartum client with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction (leaks, tightness, and prolapse), Diastasis Recti, SI Joint
Pain, and Low Back Pain back into high-intensity exercise.

Strength & Conditioning Minor - (University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh)

CSCS - Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (Highest level of certification a trainer can obtain. The CSCS is through the National Strength & Conditioning Association - NSCA. This level of certification isn't allowed unless you have obtained a 4-year degree first. Every two years a specific amount of continuing education credits is required in order to keep this certification. The NSCA makes sure their are not only highly educated at the time of receiving their cert, but continue to stay highly educated with all the new technology presenting itself on a monthly basis)
